If you’ve been convicted of driving under the influence in Illinois, your driver's license will get revoked. We understand how living without a drivers license puts a huge burden on your life, both personally, professionally, financially, and even emotionally.
However, driving is a privilege, and the Secretary of State is not required to reinstate your license after your initial period of revocation; in fact, they hold the power to make it permanent if they see fit. While this process is complex and overwhelming, our team is here to help. We understand the intricacies of the legal process and will ensure your documents are filled out with great attention to detail to give you the greatest opportunity for license reinstatement.
