DUI Counseling & Education

After our team conducts a full assessment and assigns a risk level to your case, we’ll get you started with classes. In order to remain in compliance with the court, and for the chance to regain your revoked driving privileges, you must complete all recommended courses. 

Minimal Risk (I)

  • 10 hours Risk Education


Moderate Risk (IIM)

  • 10 hours Risk Education
  • 12 hours Early Intervention
    (Must be completed over a 30 day time frame - (1) 3 hour session per week)


Significant Risk (IIS)

  • 10 hours Risk Education
  • 20 hours ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Counseling
  • 6- 2 hour sessions Aftercare (1x per month)


High Risk- Level III

  • 75 hours Intensive Outpatient ASAM Level II Counseling
  • 20 hours ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Counseling
  • 12- 2 hour sessions Aftercare (1x per month)

Online DUI Classes Offered All Risk Levels: Court Approved DUI Risk Education, Early Intervention Services, and Treatment

DUI Risk Education, often known as "DUI Classes," is currently being delivered by Treatment Centers of Illinois online as live online or in-person group meetings at one of our four locations.


We are certified to provide DUI Risk Education, Early Intervention and Levels I and II Treatment services for the Circuit Courts of Dupage, Will, Cook, Kane, Kendall, Grundy and all other Counties in Illinois as well as other States. Our rates are affordably priced and allow for a payment plan if needed. In order to enroll in any of our DUI programs, individuals must have their DUI Evaluation or Court Order stating the recommended Risk Level. We report the completion of your program to the Circuit Courts of Dupage, Cook, Will , Kane, Kendall, Lake and other Circuit Courts across the State of Illinois, including the Secretary of State's Department of Administrative Hearings, we are fully licensed by DHS SUPR Illinois.
