Jeff Kaplan
CRADC, PCGC, CODP
Jeff has extensive experience in both substance use disorder treatment and specialization in DUI services, having been Coordinator of an outpatient treatment and DUI program at a Chicago-based hospital for nearly 30 years, He is a certified reciprocal alcohol and drug abuse counselor and a certified problem gambling counselor. His evidence-based approach assists others in effectively addressing emotional and behavioral issues to recover from the impact of substance abuse. Jeff has helped many people over the years restore their driving privileges through the Secretary of State administrative hearing process. He has a passion for music, has been a drummer since age 7, and currently plays in a band.

I am a veteran (USMC), turned substance use disorder counselor and reentry specialist, who believes that if a person is still breathing, they have the time to change, and improve the quality of their life. I have had the honor and the privilege of providing quality substance abuse treatment to clients in a variety of treatment modalities; DUI, Illinois Department of Corrections, Pads homeless program and Department of human services (Public Aid)
I love to give back to the community Through a not form profit organization that I am affiliated with, yearly I take part in the Angel tree program providing gifts to the children of incarcerated individuals.
Too much is given much is required!
