DUI Evaluations

If you’ve been arrested for driving under the influence, the process of the arrest and then a DUI evaluation may feel overwhelming or embarrassing. We provide DUI court evaluations, Secretary of State evaluation packages/consultations and all documentation needed to attend an informal or formal hearing. We’re here to make the process as seamless and relaxed as possible, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.


If you’ve been arrested in Illinois for driving under the influence, you must complete a DUI Evaluation, which must be completed before sentencing. At Treatment Centers of Illinois, we are licensed to complete this court-ordered evaluation. This evaluation checks for the severity of the substance present at the time of your arrest while assessing the risk to the public. Your risk level then determines the amount of services you must complete. 


Please note that in some counties, they require the evaluation to be complete at their facility, generally in a county’s courthouse. In that case, you need written permissions from the court to use a private agency.


DUI Evaluations

We provide DUI court evaluations/ ADES Evaluations, Secretary of State evaluation packages/consultations and all documentation needed to proceed with your court case or attend an informal or formal hearing. We’re here to make the process as seamless and relaxed as possible, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

The evaluation checks for the severity of the substance present at the time of your arrest while assessing the risk to the public. Your risk level then determines the amount of services you are recommended to complete.   At Treatment Centers of Illinois, we are licensed to complete this court-ordered evaluation for most counties in Illinois including Will, Kane, Kendall, Grundy and Out of State arrests, please note that for Dupage County and Cook County arrests you must obtain your evaluation with the County evaluation services then once assessed we can provide the requisite education, intervention and or treatment.  (Please call for information or links to the County Services 630-705-0556 and we can provide these for you).  We offer reduced price evaluations.

If you need a drug or alcohol assessment for any reason, our dedicated staff is trained to help. We understand the complexities of the system and will complete evaluation reports professionally, meticulously, and to the highest legal standards. Treatment Centers of Illinois can even submit your evaluation report to in and out-of-state entities.

We understand the complexities of the system and will complete evaluation reports professionally, meticulously, and to the highest legal standards and report them to the entity of choice. Treatment Centers of Illinois can even submit your evaluation report to out-of-state entities.
