DUI Counseling & Education

The enrollment process is simple, present with a copy of your Evaluation Uniform Report or Court Order stating your level of classification and we’ll get you started with classes (Education, Intervention, Treatment). In order to remain in compliance with the court, and for the chance to regain your revoked driving privileges, you must complete all recommended courses and report the progress and completion to your court monitor, judge or probation officer. 

• 10 hours Risk Education-  Provided online as live online web session or in person at one of our four locations. The DUI Risk Education program was designed to educate individuals about the dangers of drinking and driving and the consequences of arrest. These programs are led by trained professionals who discuss the legal, physical and emotional ramifications of driving under the influence and to guide the client with a personal action plan to prevent further arrests or problems with alcohol and or illicit substances.

Moderate Risk (IIM)

• 10 hours Risk Education
• 12 hours Early Intervention
  (Must be completed over a 30 day time frame with not more than 3 hours in a 7 day period - (1) 3 hour session per week) -Provided online as live online web session or in person at one of our four locations.
  

• 10 hours Risk Education
• 20 hours ASAM Level 1 Outpatient Counseling
• 6- 2 hour sessions Aftercare (1x per month) Provided online as live online web session or in person at one of our four locations.

High Risk- Level III

• 75 hours Intensive Outpatient ASAM Level II Counseling
• 12- 2 hour sessions Aftercare (1x per month) Provided online as live online web session or in person at one of our four locations.
